Currently Grizzly Property Management, Inc., employs 5 licensed
property managers. Each crew member comes from a different background
and has their own specialty to add to the team.

Holt and Jodi started Grizzly Property Management, Inc., in
1995, with a single triplex and ran the business out of their
home office. Jodi has a background in teaching elementary school
and owning a golf store, and Holt has been a jack of all trades
ranging from managing at the Montana Power Company to owning
his own chicken restaurant. |

Shaun is Grizzly's longest employee. He started in high school
and has graduated from the University of Montana with a business
degree; he is now a full time employee. Congratulations, Shaun! |

Scott has been head of maintenance at Grizzly for four years
after retiring from the Navy. A Missoula native, he knows every
shortcut to each of our properties. |

Jake joined the maintenance team a little over two years ago
and has mastered the art of painting an apartment together with
Shaun in about a day. |
 |
Annie also began working at Grizzly just before the insanity
that ensued during the summer of 2005. With a family in construction/restoration
and a background in behind-the-scenes theatre action, she became
a natural at exit walkthroughs and as the office contact for
everything maintenance. |
